  • As Senior VP, Customer Success at Exegy, led Customer Support, Technical Account Management, Onboarding, Implementation, and Professional Services teams, providing best-in-class experiences to elite financial market participants.
  • Served as Global Head of Customer Success at Morningstar, transforming a global team of CSMs across five business units, into a results-driven, unified organization, supporting Morningstar’s mission of providing independent investment research and extensive financial services.
  • Set the vision and led the Middle Market Sales and Account Management team in the Americas, as Market Director at SHL.
