Craig Sigovich has over 20 years of executive search experience recruiting CFOs and other finance executives for leading public and private equity-backed companies.
Craig joined Hunt Club from True Search, where he helped establish the firm’s private equity CFO capabilities and authored the “Modern PE CFO Playbook.” Before that, he was a core member of Spencer Stuart’s financial officer practice over two stints. Previously he served as Managing Partner and leader of the financial officer practice for another global search firm, and spent 9 years with a boutique retained search firm where he was instrumental in building the financial officer practice along with an award-winning culture fit assessment methodology.
His expertise is in a broad range of sectors including software, internet/e-commerce, consumer, digital marketing, media, industrial, and business/professional services. Throughout his career, Sigovich has helped recruit hundreds of CFOs and senior-level finance executives across functions, including controllership, financial planning and analysis, divisional finance, tax, and treasury.
