Jonathan Ozeran is a senior product and operations leader, known for his expertise in assembling, scaling, and leading diverse teams across industries and company stages (pre-seed through IPO). With over 15 years of experience in product management, software engineering, and AI, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in the success of numerous high-growth companies and helped architect their teams and products.

Currently, as Vice President of Generative AI and Head of Tempus One at Tempus, he is at the forefront of applying AI to unlock the true power of precision medicine. Jonathan's deep involvement in the startup ecosystem as both an investor and advisor further underscores his commitment to innovation and growth.

He leads applied AI across Tempus AI and focuses on search, provider-facing tools and life science applications.
Developed advanced tools for clinical data structuring and clinical trial matching at scale, significantly improving research and clinical decision support as Director of Product at Tempus AI.
