Jonathan Ozeran is a senior product and operations leader, known for his expertise in assembling, scaling, and leading diverse teams across industries and company stages (pre-seed through IPO). With over 15 years of experience in product management, software engineering, and AI, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in the success of numerous high-growth companies and helped architect their teams and products.

Currently, as Vice President of Generative AI and Head of Tempus One at Tempus, he is at the forefront of applying AI to unlock the true power of precision medicine. Jonathan's deep involvement in the startup ecosystem as both an investor and advisor further underscores his commitment to innovation and growth.

  • He leads applied AI across Tempus AI and focuses on search, provider-facing tools and life science applications.
  • Developed advanced tools for clinical data structuring and clinical trial matching at scale, significantly improving research and clinical decision support as Director of Product at Tempus AI.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare, life sciences, telemedicine, genomics, mobile commerce, security, and human capital, including founding product and engineering leadership roles at Yaro (acquired by Virgin Pulse) and Yello (Series C, $89M).
  • Built and patented WÜF, a smart dog collar providing new ways to track, train, and play, showcasing his ability to innovate in IoT and consumer technology.
  • Active advisor to early-stage and growth-phase startups and works with leading venture funds and family offices on deal sourcing, investment diligence, and portfolio company support.
